- Yes. Many of our clients have little to no technical background. We design solutions that are intuitive, easy to manage, and require minimal ongoing maintenance. Of course we do offer an ongoing support package to keep systems up to date and apply fix bugs as needed.
Power Platform integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365. We can connect your apps to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and more to automate tasks and improve collaboration.
We offer fixed-price quotes for most projects, so you know exactly what to expect. For more complex solutions, we use milestone-based billing with clear deliverables.
Yes. We often step in to help clients who’ve started building apps but hit limitations. We can refine, rebuild, or scale your existing solution to meet your goals.
We follow Microsoft’s best practices for data security, governance, and access control. Solutions are built within your tenant, and sensitive data remains under your control.
Yes. We build solutions that run entirely within your Microsoft ecosystem, using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Yes we offer migration of data from your systems, however in certain situations we may ask you to ensure all data is in in the correct format to ensure smooth transition
Yes, we build apps using SharePoint as a data source, however we do recommend dataverse instead for better security, governance and usability.
Unfortunately due to every project being customised to your business, design and workflow it is not possible to show the finished product before purchasing. However where possible we will provide demo’s of similar work which may fit or be adapted to your workflow. We also provide Proof Of Concept (POC) as well as regular updates. Where possible we will share partly built apps midway through the project so stake holders can get a taste of what the finished project will like and also get early feedback to iron out any minor issues before full testing by our team.
AI & Automation
We integrate GPT via API to automate tasks such as lead qualification, customer service, and internal operations. We also use AI to summarise data, generate insights, and enhance user experiences.
We follow an automation first approach, we prefer to interupt workflows to reduce user input rather than create additional tasks and data extractions.
At this time we do not offer training but it’s something we hope to do in the future.
Technical Questions
Yes. All projects require at least a Development and Production environments with managed solutions, version control, and automated deployments.
We prefer using Dataverse configuration tables for managing settings like AI behaviour, especially in multi-customer deployments.
Yes. We may build custom connectors as part of a connection to any third party systems if there isn’t one already available.
Project Engagement
We provide clear, fixed-price quotes based on your requirements. For more complex solutions, we offer milestone-based billing with transparent deliverables.
Yes. Our minimum engagement for custom development is £1,500. For smaller tasks or enhancements, we offer flexible support options. It’s best to reach out with your requirements so we can price accurately.
Yes. We offer free initial consultations to understand your needs and recommend the best approach using Power Platform and AI. We may suggest a few different tier approaches depending on complexity giving you full visibility and control.
Absolutely. We can collaborate with internal teams to extend their capabilities, provide specialist expertise, or accelerate delivery.
Due to the custom aspect of our products and the additional costs required for each project we require a 50% deposit upfront on all work before an work commences. a further 30% will be required and final 20% will be payable upon go live.

We work fully remotely, but on-site sessions can be arranged for UK-based clients where needed. If this is a requirement it will need to be discusses up front.
