How long does a Power Apps project typically take?
A scoped canvas app for a specific workflow typically takes 4–8 weeks. Complex model-driven applications with integrations take 10–16 weeks. We provide a detailed project plan after discovery so there are no surprises on timeline.
Do we need dataverse or can we use SharePoint
For simple apps and forms, SharePoint lists can work. For anything requiring complex relationships, business rules, security roles or large data volumes, Dataverse is the right choice. We advise on the appropriate data layer during discovery.
Will our teamn be able to maintain the app after handover?

What Power Apps licences do we need?
Most apps require Microsoft Power Apps Premium onto of Microsoft Business licences, however smaller apps can be built using Microsoft business licences.
